Club Night Entry

• 1. Eligibility: This event is open to swimmers from the Skimmer, Cruiser, Laing, Drysdale, and Carrington squads only.
  2. Race Entries: Swimmers may enter a maximum of four individual races.
  3. Carrington Swimmers Exclusions:
     Events marked with (*) are not open to Carrington swimmers.
     1. 1st term—allowed club night.
     2. 2nd term and above – Please enter Rotorua Summer Sizzler instead
  4. Entry Fee: The entry fee is $20 per swimmer, payable by credit card only. Late entries will incur an additional $10 fee.
  5. Entry Deadline: A strict closing date applies. Please submit your entry as soon as possible to allow for processing and seeding.
  6. Entry Withdrawal: To withdraw an entry, please contact the recorder at recorder@lvwasc.co.nz before the event.
  7. Event Schedule: Warm-up begins at 4:30 pm, racing commences at 5:00 pm, and the event generally concludes by 7:00 pm. More info at lvwasc.co.nz/club-night-entry
  8. Timekeepers required: Please indicate on the registration that you’re available to time-keep. Or contact recorder@lvwasc.co.nz

Beyond timekeeping, we need more parent volunteers to fill crucial roles like Inspector of Turns (IOT), Judge of Stroke (JOS), AOD operator, and Starter.
