Club Night Entry

1. Eligibility: This event is open to swimmers from the Skimmer, Cruiser, Laing, Drysdale, and Carrington* squads only.
2. Race Entries: Swimmers may enter a maximum of four individual races.
3. Carrington Swimmers Exclusions:
   Carrington to enter 50m and 100m events only
   1. 1st term—allowed club night.
   2. 2nd term— Inter-club competition encouraged. e.g. Classic Series – Meet 3
   3. 3rd term—no entry.
4. Entry Fee: The entry fee is $20 per swimmer, payable by credit card only. Late entries will incur an additional $10 fee.
5. Entry Deadline: A strict closing date applies. Please submit your entry as soon as possible to allow for processing and seeding.
6. Entry Withdrawal: To withdraw an entry, please contact the recorder at recorder@lvwasc.co.nz before the event.
7. Event Schedule: Warm-up begins at 4:30 pm, racing commences at 5:00 pm, and the event generally concludes by 7:00 pm. More info at lvwasc.co.nz/club-night-entry
8. Event Program: The event program will be emailed to participants and available on Meet Mobile.
9. Volunteering: We encourage participation in timekeeping.
   Opportunities to train as an Official Timekeeper (IOT) are available. lvwasc.co.nz/about-us/officials-training
