What is our Hardship Fund?

Purpose

Our Hardship Fund is built on the belief that no child should be sidelined because of financial hurdles. We understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs, and we are committed to ensuring that membership dues and meet entry fees don’t stand in the way of a swimmer’s passion or progress.

This confidential resource is available to provide partial or full support for families navigating tight budgets, ensuring every athlete has a lane to swim in and a chance to compete. We’re more than just a team; we’re a community that looks out for one another.

How do I Apply for Funding?

To apply for assistance, please submit a brief written request to our Club Chair or Vice Chair outlining your specific needs. We recognise that financial discussions are deeply personal, which is why we treat every inquiry with absolute discretion and sensitivity; your information will never be shared beyond the small committee responsible for fund allocation. Our goal is to make the process as simple and dignified as possible so your family can stay focused on the pool, not the paperwork.
